   I have had some marvelous skin care products and jewellery from qvc, i find it so quick and easy.

   I love watching QVC & when able to shopping on QVC. I love my Kippling Bags, also want to get some more Birkensole sandles & when I have enough money want to treat my self to some Northern Nights bedding.

   During the time I have been shopping with Q.V.C.I cannot stress enough the the quality of the service I have received on every occasion, and I believe I have purchased from most of the suppliers that bring their goods to the programme.
   Also the customer services are second to none,so now I only go out shopping for food.

   I have been with QVC for over 10yrs and love it,my favourite shows are Birkenstock and Charlie Bears,my Mum & I also love Kipling. I would & do recommend QVC to everyone & always say about the 30 day money back policy,I think in over 10yrs I’ve only returned 4 or 5 items.Keep up the good work and I look forward to many more years of happy safe shopping.

   I have been with QVC approx 18 months. Iv had plants,jewellery,clothes,the prices and quality are exceedingly good value, I think the Jewellery is the best,silver and stones are exceptional, you could’nt get better. Diamonique is brilliant, Sandstone (blue) Honora Pearls and Suarti are my complete favourites. I just love QVC. Sincerely Brenda

   i have had some great things from qvc love the craft great service if i had to send some thing back when it had something wrong with it i got afull refund including p&p or a replacement item if i wanted it with no fuss had craft jewellery food shoes and much more

    I could not ask for a better shopping channel, no problem with ordering. no problem if you want to send a gift to some one, and if you need help the customer service, is wonderful, but the best thing for me is as I am house bound, is like having friends,in the house, with the presenters patter.

    I put QVC on every evening there is allways somthing on to interest me and of cause to spend my money on,and the presenters are lovely.I have had to send a few items back which havent suited,but every thing is such nice quality and value for money. I love Kim & Co and Kippling bags.I also love your beauty products. Delivery and packageing is second to none. Elaine Bulwell Nottingham

    I have shopped at QVC for at least 9 years I have never had a problem with returning anything although in all that time I have probably only returned half a dozen things and thats not because they were faulty but because I didnt like them. I usually get my parcels in three days. At Christmas time the gifts I bought were so good and just that bit different that my friends and family were delighted with their presents and it looked like I had put a lot of effort in choosing and buying them. I check out all the new seasons fashion and the jewelry is the best, from fashion jewelry to proper gem stone and gold and silver there is nobody who does jewelry better. QVC has introduced me to new skin care products which I probably would not have used and with the try me offers and easy pay life is so much easier.

    I have spent a considerable amount with QVC, however, most of the products have been returned. The fashions come across as lovely, the descriptions sound amazing, but when the items arrive, it’s a massive “let-down”.

    I’ve also found out, that if you send items back, they don’t always return the correct sum of money, which is a big concern. I can only suggest that customers check, very carefully, they receive any “returns” payment correctly.
