    I have been on holiday with Haven quite a few times.
    This last time I went to haggerston castle.
    I booked a deluxe caravan which was very nice,but there was no bins not enough cutlery,
    no mop or bucket or dishes to cook with.As this was a self catering holiday i thought these would have been essensials.
    Having said this when I complained someone came down and brought some stuff down.
    Every one enjoyed there stay there and Iwould go back.
    I would suggest caravans were checked to make sure incoming customers had what they needed.
