although,when i top up,i get a code sent to me through my mobile,i am unable to access the site which lets you to grab or grow the points.it appears for a second and then disapears leaving the ants appearing at the beginning and the end of the screen.this is very frustrating. has anyone else experienced this?

Hi everyone, does anybody know how you actually choose the “grab” or “grow” option? The bee walked casually on to the screen, and has been standing there for a good 10 minutes. I am still unable to actually click on anything! It’s a bit frustrating, as I have about 400 points to redeem! Many thanks.

i have just started useing the rewardz scheme and think its a good idea as i can save my points up 2 get a new phone just hope the plan is still ongoing buy the time i have saved up enogth.

Why is it that everytime I try to obtain my rewardz I just can’t get into the system, the site just freezes on me, I have tried several times to-day and have two code nos to enter but it will not let me in. Why……

i have been growing my rewardz for a while now and its been great to watch them grow, but have just tried to put my latest rewardz on and they wont grow, they are still in date and not been used already, keep trying every day given up now (even the bee looks fed up) ,

Why does it take so long to put the points on the reebee site it keeps getting stuck and the bee keeps falling asleep waiting it is vrty frustratiny

I keep forgeting to put my rewardz codes in.Its a good idea but not so good for people like me with a bad memory,im 64 on June the 2nd,and it seems the older i get the worse my memory gets
Rubbish – wouldn.t let me grow the 100 points I had for topping up, didn’t have record ofsaved points either.happens every time! And when i chose the grab option, tried the mystery option, only to find it was the same as one of the other options
have not used my points yet,had difficult time as one time accept my number then would not.gentleman on phone soon realised prob.husband bought my 1st phone when i bought my new phone i registered it.all data was in his not mine.going to save and give them to him towards new phone.

Sounds a wonderful idea to me. I top up with a freedom pack monthly which enables me to keep constantly in touch with my family. Reward points will be a bonus!

Rubbish rewardz that I can’t /don’t want to use. 2 for 1 days out to tourist attractions or free bowling or a free film from blockbusters. The rewards hardly ever appeal to me. There should be a much wider choice or a set choice of rewardz in comparison to the value of the top up…NOT a rubbish lucky dip of three choices and a rubbish ‘lucky dip’ that I don’t want.
You’re probably better off adding them up to get a new phone or something but for the short term reward they’re rubbish.
I’m thinking of moving to Virgin. At least you know what you’re getting and the rewards are actually worth something
hi i would like to state for the record this reward scheme is a scam vodsafone claiming that i have claimed rewards which i havent each time i try to grow them they seem to get lost in transaction?
It’s a nightmare. It takes so long to collect them, then it’s takes ages to choose what to get, now I can’t get what I want because it keeps showing me things I didn’t want. Please just give me a M&S voucher. Is that too hard! ! !

i have always had a very good service from vodafone, so was happy to join the rewards scheme. I was away on holiday in France when i topped up, at the end of May i was away untill the end of July so i was very disappointed when my rewards code expired at the end of June and i had no way to access a computer , so i lost them .

This site started out okay but for weeks now swarms of bees cant fix thw damn thing. My codes will expire as will my patience ,this is no way to treat a long standing customer.

dont forget your password as it will take you forever to get through to them.i dont know if its because they are updating the system but i will tell you this when it comes to changing my phone i certainly wont be getting vodafone.

ive got 3330 points but unable to use the as everytime i try to register it cuts me off ive contacted customer but it didnt help at all they told me to go into store but the people in the store said they couldnt help if anyone on here knows how to get past it let me know please
I find it ok but when i did it for my fiance it did,nt work. He has over 5000 rewards and it won,t let me see what he can get. Every time i try and log it sends him a code and when i put it in it still won’t work.

This is so annoying after topping up my phone I can’t get through to my account to add my rewardz and no for the first time I might add.
I’ve been told that my user name or password or both are incorrect then when I try to sort it out I get nowhere it is so frustrating.
At this rate I’ll be changing to another company instead of vodafone even though I know I’ll lose my number which will be a right nuisance but if that’s what it takes then so be it.
All in all I’m fed up to the back teeth everytime I try to register my rewardz. It would be better if you didn’t give then then I wouldn’t be so angry.

i have been having trouble with freebee rewards for months now. i cant grow my points and to me the three items that you can grab dont interest me at all.then i get text message from vodafone saying i havent used my rewards number. at on time you put in the number there was a bug either side to grab or grow. i want a £10 voucher for asda, i dont want music to download everything seems to be aimed at the young and not the elder people. please go back to the simpler version of grab and grow like before. thank-you
cant claim my rewardz, there is a grey patch over the grab option so can only grow but not claim. Tried to get help @ my local vodafone shop and rang vodafone. Suprise suprise neither could help. Thinking of changing to a different network.
I am happy to take part in this scheme.
