i love maxi muscle it makes me feel hard
hi I am 40 and i have just taking up going to the gym my aim is to loose fat and gain muscle. I weigh 82kg. and my gut around the belly is 40 inch.i have promax and a slow release protein powder from a friend which I will use. I will however continue to use maxi muscle after I have finished the other one as it was a gift. i have checked out so many tips and advice. about this and that, but i am not sure which is best for me. weather it is my calorie intake, my carb intake my protein intake.also when and how often to cardio. and weight train.how many times for each a week puzzles me to. at the moment I have not got a real routine for everything. please could anyone help me out.
thanks Dave.
