   Plants arrived looking good and healthy. There was no invoice to show what we had paid for and we had forgotten what we ordered. We had to go onto the computer to see what we had ordered. We are pensioners and forgetfulness is happening more often these days but we now have great plants. Thank You.

    I managed to make an order after a number of attempts. I hadn’t realised I had to “click” onto a product before I could start the process. i was looking for an order form to fill in! It might be easier for customers when comfronted by the pages of plants for a line (underlined/different colour) to say, “Click” onto the products and they will be added together at “Your” personal checkout. This is my second year of purchase from Jerseyplantsdirect, previously ordered by phone (busy phone lines pushed me onto this web route. I had a failure of Petunias last year (arrived earlier than catalogue promised, but they were replaced (thank you for that) and the second lot survived and gave a great display. Don’t know if you send them out this way (But if not) can I suggest you dispatch a variety, starting from the South of the country, ‘cos it gets warmer, quicker, “down South!” Best wishes, Ian

    Just got my first delivery of geraniums and all arrived safely. now awaiting the other begonias, petunias, impatiens and the mystery plant offer…thank you.

    I learned about you last year and ordered some plants and I was very pleased with them. this year I was looking forward to your catalouge,but it did not arrive until today. As a consiquence I have ordered most of my stuff from another company. May I make a suggestion, on your plug plants you offer plant in lots of 100+60 free, a number of us gardeners like a number of various plants and 160 isfor too many as we require a number of different sorts george auvache

    I ordered plants and anoher plant to be delivered later.
    Unfortunately the plant I ordered was not up to the standard required by Jersey plants.
    I received a cheque for the purchase price of the plant and also two vouchers £ 10.00 each.
    I think that was very generous of jerseyplants but unfortunately I could only use the vouchers if I ordered by post.
