   I’ll always stick with the phone and Internet supplier I know and trust the most, can’t go wrong with the spring deals from BT. I’ve always been told virgin offer a faster broadband but I’ve also been hearing BT are now offering a fibre optic service. Surly this will blow the competition away, I certainly will give it a go if there’s no extra cost involved, if it does cost any extra I’ll wait a few months until the cost comes down. Keep up the good work.

   People take the time to write about a bad experience so I thought I would take time to write about a good experience!! I noticed the BT Springs advertised on TV recently so decided to do a search and see if they really were as good as they said they were and well I have not been disappointed!! I have my internet with another company so wasn’t sure if they would be as good, not hard tho as it’s so slow and a bit unreliable especially at the weekends. When looking at the website I noticed the packages were really good value for money and the best is having everything all on one bill with one contact. I only use the internet for a bit of shopping and looking around so I decided on the BT Broadband and Calls package that includes all my calls and should cost £20 each month but I am only paying £10 for the next 3 months! Moving across to BT was so easy as they did it all for me and I think it was about 2 weeks later everything was up and running. So far the speed has improved and it doesn’t drop off as much as it used to. Really pleased with the service I am getting from BT and have been recommending them to everyone I know!
