    FANTASTIC!
    It’s about time airlines gave “back” a bit to its Exec. Club members.
    Only thing missing, was, If the traveler needs two, back to back Long haul flights,i.e,middle east to North America, it is difficult to match another flight form the middle east to London to accommodate the flight.

    I always travel with B A whenever i go to visit my daughters who
    are living in the U S A, one in Dallas and the other in Montana
    I have tried a couple of different airlines and found that their
    services leave a lot to be desired, thats from the booking of
    the ticket to the arrival at the airports .I have nothing but
    praise for B A as i have found that the staff will go out of
    their way to make sure that the journey is smooth for everyone
    even the odd one who is asked on different occassions to behave

    Ihave always travelled with BA WHEN I go to visit my daughters in the
    U S A I go direct to D F W and have always found all the staff helpful
    from the check in desks to the airhostesses aand nothing is to much
    trouble for them
